APPRENTICESHIP FRAMEWORKS

Qualifications available now!

These are difficult and uncertain times for us all, but crucial to rebuilding the economy will be an adaptable and highly skilled workforce. Training and upskilling employees is key to survival and will shape the recovery from the crisis following the lockdown.

Apprenticeships continue to be a valuable investment for organisations by providing an excellent opportunity to develop the right skills at the required levels, so you are ready for a return to growth and stability.

From level 2 - a vital entry route into many sectors - to level 5 management, apprenticeships are a practical and cost effective way to develop the skills you need to thrive and grow.

Expires for new starts 31st July 2020

Over the past three years, apprenticeships have been undergoing a significant restructure with the transition of apprenticeship frameworks to apprenticeship standards. From 1st August 2020, all new apprenticeship starts will be on the reformed, employer-designed standards rather than frameworks.

However, many listed frameworks continue to be valid, and can be effectively used to develop existing employees or attract new talent, providing they are started on or before 31st July 2020. Thereafter, all remaining apprenticeship frameworks will be withdrawn.

Right now, the frameworks we offer can deliver significant cost savings compared to many other qualifications as well as productivity benefits – learners can quickly become qualified in their profession. Government funding is available to cover some if not all training costs, while thanks to innovative changes in our delivery model, we can enrol and support apprentices remotely, and deliver these learning programmes online.
