Carwyn Hall, Assistant Service Manager for Health Records at Great Ormond Street Hospital, has experienced first-hand how his leadership and management skills have been greatly enhanced since undertaking a Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager Apprenticeship with GP Strategies.

 

Carwyn enrolled on the programme to transform and develop the necessary skills needed for his current role and career progression. We facilitated this through a mix of dedicated skills coaches and regular group workshops. 
 

Not only has Carwyn been able to take on greater management responsibilities since undertaking the apprenticeship, but he has also experienced a growth in confidence, and feels like an overall better manager and coach.
