Entry requirements
 

Candidates should have completed the Customer Service Modern Apprenticeship at SCQF Level 5, or have equivalent qualifications or experience.

Progression
 

After completing this modern apprenticeship, employees will add value and have the skills, knowledge and behaviours to take on a more senior role within the organisation, or progress into employment across a wide range of sectors including local councils. 
 

Funding and financial support
 

Skills Development Scotland will contribute towards the training costs.  For apprentices aged 16-19 years, apprenticeship training costs are 100% funded. For apprentices aged 20-24 years, a proportion of the training costs will be covered with employers meeting the rest.
