Safeguarding for employers
GP Strategies takes our responsibility in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of apprentices, employers and staff very seriously, by protecting them from abuse, neglect and bullying. As the employer of an apprentice, it is important that you understand your responsibilities to them and what safeguarding means to you. We recognise that we have a duty to help employers, staff and learners to recognise their responsibilities and provide guidance, support and training.
Equality & diversity for employers
GP Strategies is committed to promoting equality of opportunity and diversity within all the communities in which we operate, and respects the identity, rights and values of each individual. Equality and diversity forums and training is available for all learners, employers and our staff to help promote equality and diversity within our network and invite them to attend a free half-day equality and diversity workshop at one of our local centres.
Subcontracting and partnerships
GP Strategies is committed to the fair treatment of suppliers and prompt payment of suppliers. Training companies wishing to work with GP Strategies can register their interest here - supply chain fees will be negotiated at the time of contracting. GP Strategies offers a range of services to partners including administration and quality assurance. See the links below for more details.
