GP Strategies Training Limited (GPSTL) is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all learners including young people and vulnerable adults. Employers also have a responsibility to the learners they employ. Equality & diversity for employers

GPSTL is committed to a Policy of Equality, Diversity and Opportunity which respects the identity, rights and values of each individual.

Equality and diversity forums and training is available to help with developing equality and diversity within our network. We extend an open invitation to our learners and employers to attend a free half-day equality and diversity ‘bite-size workshop’ at one of our local centres. The course is free and you will receive a certificate for attending. It will also include a buffet lunch.

Please contact your delivery team for details of the course schedule. These sessions also allow us to review the practical application of equality and diversity in the workplace and provide opportunity for discussion, improvement and development.
