Safeguarding for employers


GP Strategies takes our responsibility in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of apprentices, employers and staff very seriously, by protecting them from abuse, neglect and bullying. As the employer of an apprentice, it is important that you understand your responsibilities to them and what safeguarding means to you. We recognise that we have a duty to help employers, staff and learners to recognise their responsibilities and provide guidance, support and training.

GP Strategies is committed to the fair treatment of suppliers and prompt payment of suppliers. Training companies wishing to work with GP Strategies can register their interest here - supply chain fees will be negotiated at the time of contracting.  GP Strategies offers a range of services to partners including administration and quality assurance. Complaints

Here at GP Strategies we take complaints about our work, staff and levels of service very seriously. How we deal with complaints is set out in out complaints procedure.


If you are unhappy with the services provided by GP Strategies Training Limited, you can contact our dedicated complaints team or call 0330 1000 610 (lines are open 8:45am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) and we will resolve your issue as quickly and effectively as possible.

Service Level Agreements 


Our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) set out the terms and regulatory requirements for the provision of apprenticeship services between (the Training Provider) and (the Employer).
